Hanna watched the other girl cry, already mentally making plans about what she’d do to the ass that sent Leia that when she tracked them down. She wasn’t planning on showing any mercy.
“T-thank you for being here for me.” She sniffled, moving aside a bit to make room for Hanna to lay with her. She was extremely grateful to the other girl for rushing over when she needed her most.
Hanna smiled and layed beside Leia, still holding her hand carefully. “It’s no problem. That asshole was out of line. But hey, don’t hide your face from me okay? I wanna see your beautiful face~”
“B-but it is.” Leia broke into fresh sobs, dropping the phone and hiding her face in the pillow. She didn’t have much faith in herself, music was just her life - she never believed she was good at it.
Hanna closed her eyes for a second, taking a deep breath. “I love your music. I’ve seen you play so much of it, it always brings a smile to my face.”
Leia kept sobbing, practically clinging to Hanna’s hand. She needed a good cry about this, and she was more than a little embarrassed that Hanna was seeing her this way.

“Y-you didn’t have to come..” Leia sniffled again, trying not to sob. She avoided looking at Hanna, not wanting the other girl to see her tear-stained face and glazed over eyes. “I-‘ll be o-okay..”
Hanna moved towards the bed, kneeling down beside it and taking Leia’s hand carefully. “I wanted to come, Leia. I hate to see you sad over a comment that isn’t true.”
Hanna rushed out of her room, technology forgotten, and ran across campus to Leia’s room. She’d seen her face, the heartbreak written all over it and she needed to just get there right away. The twists and turns she took made it quicker, but only marginally. She came skidding to a stop, finally, outside Leia’s door, knocking three times.
Leia was curled up in bed, still in her pajamas, sniffling as she stared at the message from the anon on her phone. Upon hearing the knocks she softly called out for Hanna to come in, her eyes never leaving the phone. She had never been told so bluntly what she had always believed, and it hurt more than she thought it would.
Hanna stepped into the room, looking at the girl in the bed with sad eyes as she heard the sniffles. She’d heard this girl’s music, saw the way her eyes lit up when she played a song. Music meant everything to her and someone had insulted that out of spite, jealousy. “Hi.”
